Who runs this site
The site at expova.pl and expova.eu is run by Truverta Sp. z o.o., registered in Poland, as the operator of the Expova brand. Both names lead to the same application and the same content.
The status of the information published here
Product descriptions, formats, substrates, grammages and lead times published here are commercial information, not an offer in the legal sense. Only the individual quotation we send in reply to an enquiry is binding.
Lead times are stated in working days counted from proof approval, not from placing the order. The deadline widget and the calculations on trade show pages are guidance tools: they account for working days, public holidays in Poland and Germany and courier time, but they do not know how loaded the presses are in a given week.
Trade show dates
Show dates, build-up windows and order deadlines follow the organisers’ announcements. Please confirm them with the organiser before ordering. This is the only category of information on the site that is outside our control.
Quotation enquiries
The form is for requesting quotations. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract and does not reserve production capacity. We answer within 24 hours on working days.
Using the form to send unsolicited commercial messages, or in a way that burdens the service, is prohibited. Automated submissions are rejected and the number of submissions from one IP address is limited.
Print files
Files are passed to us as a link to an external service. You are responsible for holding the rights to the material you send and for its lawfulness. We do not check files for copyright and do not archive them longer than the job requires.
Rights to the site content
The texts, layout, photographs and graphic marks on this site are protected. Copying content for commercial purposes requires consent.
Changes
We may update the content of the site and these terms. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. A change does not affect orders already accepted for production.
