Exhibition stand build and installation in Poland and Germany
We put up the stand from material we print ourselves: wall, platform, hanging rig and stage graphics. We arrive inside the build-up window and strike after closing.
Blocks and pinsWhat the job covers
- textile walls on aluminium frames, keder tensioned in the channel
- platforms and scenographic build
- hanging rigs and truss
- large format graphics for the stage and the stand walls
- strike after the show closes
What we do not do
- we do not design the stand electrical installation
- we do not file the build with the organiser on your behalf
- we do not rent out furniture or AV equipment
We would rather write it down now than explain it on installation day.

Material this applies to
- Fabric walls
The backdrop of the stand. An aluminium frame with tensioned fabric. Two people assemble it without tools and it goes back into its case for the next show.
Lead time: 5-7 days - Roll-ups
The fastest advertising surface you can put up. One minute to unroll, fits in a boot, survives several seasons.
Lead time: 3 days - Flags and A-frames
What people see from the aisle before they reach the stand. Wind flags outside the hall, A-frames at the entrance, masts in the car park.
Lead time: 4 days

The questions that come up most
FAQDo you install a stand from material you did not print?
Yes, as long as the system is a standard one and we get a dimensioned plan. For a non-standard structure we ask for photos of the profiles before we take the job.
What if something gets damaged during build-up?
A reprint delivered to the stand within 24 hours. It is the same route we use for transport damage.
Is the fabric certified for German halls?
Yes, the wall fabrics carry the DIN 4102 B1 fire certificate. Without it the build is not admitted.
Give us the opening date. We count the rest.
We answer within 24 hours on working days. If the deadline is tight, call: that is faster than a form.
